Disclaimer
By subscribing to the AI-video production services provided by Luminos Creative (the “Service”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Contract Term – The Service is provided as a subscription with a minimum commitment period of twelve (12) months, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All subscription plans auto renew after the first twelve (12) months. Early termination charges may apply.

2. Scope of Service – The Service includes creation of custom AI-avatar-led videos per your selected plan and specifications. The specifics of deliverables (number of videos, format, revision rounds, usage rights) will be detailed in your subscription agreement.

3. Results Not Guaranteed – While Luminos Creative uses best practices and advanced AI-video production techniques, we make no guarantees as to specific outcomes (such as viewer engagement rates, leads generated, conversion rates, or ROI). Actual results will vary based on many external factors including your target audience, campaign execution, platform algorithm changes, ad spend, and market conditions.

4. Usage & Licensing – Unless otherwise specified, you will obtain a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered videos for your internal and marketing purposes. All AI avatars, underlying rights, and production assets remain the property of Luminos Creative or its licensors where applicable. Luminos Creative is only responsible for the creation of videos and content, all usage and sharing of the video, content, and applicable laws is the responsibility of the end user

5. Subscription Billing – Your subscription fees will be billed on the schedule outlined in the agreement (monthly, or annually). Unless you notify Luminos Creative in writing of your intent not to renew at least 30 days prior to the end of the then-current term, your subscription will automatically renew for the same term (12 months) under the same terms and pricing (unless otherwise amended).

6. Cancellation & Termination – Cancellation requests made before the initial minimum term ends may result in forfeiture of benefits or early termination fees as outlined in your agreement. Luminos Creative reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service immediately if you breach any terms of the agreement.

7. Data & Privacy – You agree that any footage, voice recordings, branding assets or scripts you provide for creation of the AI-videos may be processed by Luminos Creative and its service providers. Your confidentiality and data security are a priority; however, results may rely on your timely provision of required materials, and Luminos Creative is not liable for delays caused by your failure to supply such materials.

8. Changes & Updates – Luminos Creative reserves the right to modify, enhance or discontinue aspects of the Service, including pricing, deliverables or features, provided that such changes will not materially impair your rights under the current subscription term.
