AI-GENERATED ARTWORK POLICY
This Appendix is incorporated into and forms part of the Graphic Design Services Agreement between Luminos Creative, LLC (“Agency”) and the Client.
AI-Generated Artwork
The Agency accepts AI-generated images as creative references only. AI-generated artwork is not considered production-ready and cannot be expected to reproduce exactly as shown.
By submitting AI-generated artwork, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:
- AI-generated images may contain distorted typography, inconsistent graphics, low resolution, and other elements that are not suitable for commercial printing.
- Recreation of AI-generated artwork is considered custom graphic design work and will be billed at the Agency’s standard design rates unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The Agency will make reasonable efforts to recreate the overall design concept but cannot guarantee an exact match to the AI-generated image.
- The Agency may modify typography, layout, colors, graphics, spacing, proportions, and other design elements as necessary to produce professional, print ready artwork.
- Large-format products (including banners, signs, trade show displays, vehicle graphics, and similar items) require professionally prepared artwork.
- Print quality cannot be guaranteed when based solely on AI-generated images or other lowquality source files.
- The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving all final proofs before production. Approval of the final proof constitutes acceptance of the recreated artwork and any necessary modifications.
