These SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern SMS and MMS communications sent by Luminos Creative, LLC (“Luminos Creative,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By voluntarily opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Luminos Creative, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Program Description
Luminos Creative may send SMS or MMS messages related to communications for which you have provided consent, including:
- Responses to inquiries
- Quote requests and follow-up
- Project and account updates
- Customer support responses

Luminos Creative does not charge a separate fee solely for receiving SMS/text messages from our messaging program.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages from Luminos Creative at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After you submit a STOP request, you may receive a one-time confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed.
No further SMS/text messages will be sent through the applicable messaging program unless you subsequently provide consent and opt in again.
Your SMS opt-out does not necessarily opt you out of other forms of communication, such as email, telephone, or other communications for which you have separately provided consent or that are otherwise permitted by law.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties except operational service providers assisting with message delivery.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
Operational service providers may include telecommunications providers, messaging platforms, and technology vendors that assist Luminos Creative with operating and delivering its SMS messaging program.
These operational service providers may process mobile information only as reasonably necessary to provide messaging and delivery services on our behalf.

Message delivery is subject to transmission by your wireless carrier, network operator, and other telecommunications providers.
11. User Responsibilities
By opting in, you represent that you are the subscriber, account holder, or customary user of the mobile telephone number you provide and that you are authorized to consent to receive SMS/text messages at that number.
You agree to provide an accurate and valid mobile telephone number.
If your mobile number changes, is disconnected, or is reassigned to another person, you should reply STOP before discontinuing use of the number or otherwise notify Luminos Creative so that we can appropriately update our records.
12. Automated Messaging
Where permitted by applicable law and consistent with the consent you provide, Luminos Creative may use automated technology to deliver SMS/text messages.
Your consent to receive automated SMS/text messages is voluntary.
Consent to receive SMS/text messages, including automated messages, is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Luminos Creative.
13. Promotional Messages
If you affirmatively consent to receive promotional SMS communications, Luminos Creative may send information about:

14. Service Availability

17. Changes to SMS Terms

18. Termination of SMS Program
Luminos Creative reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of its SMS messaging program at any time, subject to applicable law.
Termination or modification of the SMS program does not affect rights or obligations that arose before the applicable termination or modification.
