Package Terms & Expectations
All plans are designed to provide ongoing marketing support and execution within the scope outlined for each package. Deliverables are completed on a reasonable monthly schedule based on package level and active priorities.
Packages include up to two rounds of revisions per deliverable unless otherwise noted. Additional revision rounds, significant direction changes, or requests outside the included scope may require additional project fees.
Marketing plans are not intended to replace a full-time internal marketing department. Services such as full website redesigns, extensive development, custom coding, large-scale branding projects, paid advertising management, advanced automation builds, video production, photography, and other specialty services may be quoted separately.
Unused deliverables, posts, campaigns, creative assets, or strategy sessions do not roll over month-to-month unless agreed upon in writing.
Client response times, approvals, access to required accounts, and content availability may impact project timelines and publishing schedules.
Fair Use Policy
Subscription services are provided under a fair use model designed to ensure consistent service and quality for all clients.
Plans are structured around the deliverables and service levels outlined in each package. Requests that substantially exceed the normal scope, volume, complexity, or strategic requirements of the selected plan may be scheduled across multiple months or quoted separately.
Luminos Creative reserves the right to recommend a higher service tier or custom engagement when ongoing requests consistently exceed the intended scope of a subscription package.
